Arisjan Appel: is attending the second year at Lakeland College studying Agribusiness. He is the son of Dirk and Elizabeth Appel of Sprucelane Farms in Penhold. His plan for the future is dairy farming. After completing school he is planning to travel to New Zealand, Holland and the United States to learn different ways of dairy farming.

Nathan Knull: is currently attending the Lakeland College taking the Animal Science Technology program. Nathan is the son of Tim and Connie Knull of Westliberty Farm in Millet. He enjoys working with the cows and has decided to come home back to the family farm after completing college. He would like to someday expand, buying more quota and milking more cows.

Metty van de Brake: is currently attending the Lakeland College taking the Animal Technology program. Metty is the daughter of Wim and Hennie van de Brake, Thornspyc Dairy in Lacombe. After graduation from college she plans to work in a veterinary clinic, preferably large animal, but her ultimate goal is to eventually build her own herd of Holsteins and start a farm.

Jan van de Brake: is currently enrolled in his second year of study in the Animal Science Technology program. Jan is the son of Wim and Hennie van de Brake, Thornspyc Dairy in Lacombe. In the future he hopes to continue working on different farms and clipping cows, as well as travel to get new ideas from other areas in North America and the world. He then hopes to take these ideas, knowledge and experience back to the home farm.
